Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

We are working with a specialist litigation practice looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its London team. This is an opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ PQE and strong commercial disputes experience to take on a senior role handling complex litigation and working closely with experienced lawyers across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
  • Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk and the wider commercial considerations arising from disputes.
  • Taking responsibility for key elements of contentious matters, including drafting pleadings, applications and other court documentation.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on complex and high-value disputes.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team while contributing to the wider development of the practice.

About You

  • 5+ PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation.
  • Experience managing complex contentious matters with a good degree of autonomy.
  • Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicating with clients and other stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to work effectively as part of a specialist litigation team.
