An established and well regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high quality commercial disputes, advising businesses and individuals across a varied caseload while building long term client relationships.

The role offers genuine responsibility, direct client contact and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Advising clients on a range of contractual, shareholder, partnership and property related disputes.
  • Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and developing effective litigation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
  • Working closely with colleagues on complex matters and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 10 years' PQE.
  • Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Strong technical ability with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ambition to develop your career within a collaborative team.
