An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Leeds. Working alongside recognised partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high value commercial disputes while developing your expertise within one of the region's largest litigation practices.

Description
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes.
- Managing complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Working closely with highly regarded partners on strategic, high value matters.
- Handling specialist disputes including reputation management, public procurement, and confidential information.
- Advising on fraud and asset tracing matters.
- Drafting legal documentation, pleadings, and witness statements.
- Representing clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where appropriate.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of a nationally recognised disputes practice.

Profile
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' PQE.
- Experienced in commercial litigation gained within a respected law firm.
- Able to manage matters with appropriate supervision.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- An effective communicator who builds strong client relationships.
- Keen to work closely with leading partners on complex disputes.
- Motivated to develop within a large regional commercial law firm.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £67,000 to £85,000.
- Pension contribution of 5%.
- 25 days holiday.
