Join a Leading Commercial Litigation Team
Slater Heelis is an award-winning, full-service law firm with a reputation for exceptional client service, technical excellence, and a people-first culture. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5-10 years' PQE) to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes while enjoying genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, advising a diverse client base that includes SMEs, owner-managed businesses, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals.

Your Work Will Include
- Contractual and shareholder disputes
- Partnership and business ownership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Injunctive relief applications
- Commercial and property-related disputes
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and supporting the continued growth of the team.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor who:
- Has between 5 and 10 years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills
- Can confidently manage a complex caseload with autonomy
- Has excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Enjoys networking and contributing to business development initiatives
- Is commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
