The Role

A highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor is sought to join an esteemed team as an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer. You will be a driven legal professional keen to advance your career within a leading law firm, taking on significant responsibilities and contributing to the strategic growth of the litigation practice. Conducting a varied caseload of commercial disputes, you will possess the ability to deal with complex commercial and / or corporate litigation matters including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes to name but a few matters.


The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases. With strong technical knowledge and a deep understanding of commercial litigation, you will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
