Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3:6 PQE) Birmingham

Leading National Law Firm

Commercial Litigation Solicitor sought to join a highly regarded disputes team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on high-quality, complex commercial disputes as part of a nationally recognised litigation practice with an outstanding reputation for client service.

About the Role

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes for a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses through to national and international organisations. Matters will include breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery, contentious commercial contracts and wider business disputes. You will have regular client contact, take responsibility for your own matters and work closely with Partners on larger, high-value litigation.

Requirements

Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with between 3 and 6 years PQE gained within a recognised commercial disputes team. You will possess strong technical ability, excellent drafting and negotiation skills and the confidence to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Business development will form part of the role and you will be encouraged to play an active part in networking and raising your profile within the Birmingham market.
