About The Role
This full-time position as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Leicestershire offers a salary between £35,000 and £50,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering commercial disputes, landlord and tenant conflicts, property ownership issues, and contentious probate. Working within a dispute resolution group, the solicitor will advise both individuals and businesses, providing practical legal guidance with a commercial focus. Key responsibilities include handling client matters independently, building relationships, and contributing to departmental growth. Applicants should be newly qualified or have some post-qualification experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

The Role
This impressive Dispute Resolution team advises and represents both individuals and businesses across a broad range of contentious matters, combining practical legal advice with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
