Commercial Litigation Solicitor Bristol - Hybrid Working
This is an opportunity for a commercial litigation (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to join a highly regarded commercial litigation team handling complex commercial and consumer disputes. The department acts for both Claimant and Defendant clients across a broad range of contractual and professional disputes, offering exceptional variety and genuine autonomy. Matters are often high value, legally complex and intellectually challenging, with support from experienced Partners whenever required.

The Role:
- You'll take ownership of a diverse caseload across a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters including:
- Commercial and consumer contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Misrepresentation claims
- Building and construction disputes
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Insurance-backed litigation
- Private client instructions
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years experience working in litigation (can include non-qualified experience)
