Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of high-quality work, Slater Heelis is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5-10 years PQE) to join our ambitious and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to handle a varied and sophisticated caseload while playing an integral role in the continued expansion of a well-established, full-service law firm.
The Role
You will advise a broad range of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of commercial disputes, including:
- Breach of contract claims
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence matters
- Director and business owner disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Commercial property-related disputes
- Injunctive relief
- General commercial and business litigation

You will manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the wider firm.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Are qualified solicitors with between 5 and 10 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Have strong technical and drafting skills
- Possess excellent client care and relationship management abilities
- Enjoy networking and supporting business development initiatives
- Are commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
