3277 - Commercial Manager - £60K-£90K basic (depending on experience) + car +bonus – Perm – Staffordshire Hybrid
We’re working with a successful specialist B2B technology business operating within the electronics sector. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their senior leadership team and drive the day-to-day Sales operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on commercial growth, team development and new design-in opportunities.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to turn commercial strategy into action, leading the Sales team, working alongside Marketing and improving the processes, reporting and performance that support growth.

- Lead, coach and develop the Sales team
- Improve CRM, pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Own commercial reporting, KPIs (revenue, GP and design-win objectives) and performance reviews
- Develop strategic accounts and major opportunities
- Identify and develop new design-in opportunities with OEMs, ISVs and System Integrators
- Build relationships with engineering, technical and senior decision-makers
- Lead supplier/partner QBRs and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Improve sales processes, playbooks and commercial efficiency
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven commercial leadership experience in a B2B environment
- Ideally, a background in engineering, industrial technology or electronics
- Experience in specification-led, technical or design-cycle sales
- A strong track record of revenue and gross profit growth
- Experience leading Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong CRM, analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent coaching and mentoring ability
