Role Description
The Commercial Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Chorley, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees commercial performance across the company’s brands, including pricing, margin management, and revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing commercial strategies
- Managing commercial agreements with partners and suppliers
- Monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business plans and ensure commercial targets are met
- Leading and supporting team members
- Preparing performance reports
- Recommending data-driven actions that enhance profitability and customer value
Qualifications
- Strong commercial management and contract management skills, with experience overseeing supplier agreements and commercial terms.
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and performance data to drive informed commercial decisions.
- Proficiency in business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and developing revenue growth strategies.
- Proven team management capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and developing colleagues in a commercial environment.
- Background in travel, leisure, or related sectors is highly beneficial, particularly within cruise or multi-brand retail environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills; familiarity with CRM and booking platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
