About the Role
We're looking for a World Foods Commercial Manager to drive the Veetee World Foods business across the UK, with a particular focus on our top 4 customers. You'll lead primary sales negotiations from day one, with the role initially offering broad operational and commercial support - and the expectation that you'll progressively take on full ownership of the channel and its customer relationships as you grow into the role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Promotional Planning & Customer Management - Support the World Foods Manager in executing structured promotional plans, working closely with customer teams to ensure activity is planned, agreed and delivered on time
- Supply Chain & Availability - Manage product supply to Veetee's advantage, forecasting accurately and coordinating with supply chain to maximise in-store execution, including securing pallet and display space
- Reporting & Insight - Deliver store-level reporting and analysis, using market data and insight to identify opportunities that drive sales growth
- Price Pack Architecture & Innovation - Build a strong understanding of category pricing and pack architecture, helping shape new formats and winning promotional/trading plans
- Channel Growth - Support World Foods rice growth beyond the top 4 customers, and take on wider category/sector responsibilities across marketing, communication and activation over time
- Channel Ownership - Build toward full ownership of the World Foods channel across all customers, with increasing autonomy and accountability as you grow into the role
