Senior Commercial Manager – Wound Care | North of England | Up to £65,000 plus bonus car package.

Are you a commercially-minded wound care or medical device sales professional ready to take on one of the most exciting territories in the North of England, while also helping shape the strategic direction of a fast-growing, innovative medical device business? We're recruiting confidentially on behalf of a rapidly-growing medical device company specialising in advanced wound care, for a newly created Senior Commercial Manager role combining territory ownership with genuine commercial influence.

The Role

This is a high-impact, field-based position covering one of the business's largest and fastest-growing territories. Around 75% of your time will be spent owning and developing your patch across the North of England; the remaining 25% will see you working directly with the Commercial Director to help shape strategy, mentor the wider sales team, and support major NHS opportunities nationally.

Territory

Yorkshire, North East England, North West England, Greater Manchester and Lancashire. Ideally based in or around Leeds, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (occasional national travel for exhibitions, training and company meetings).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
