Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of our department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, particularly focusing on windows and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Surveyors and Sales personnel to oversee domestic projects on-site and manage office-based work.
- Utilize your knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite products to guide project execution and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with general building practices and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or building industries.
- Strong background in window and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing.
- Sound knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite materials.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in health and safety roles or relevant qualifications is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and man management skills.
- Self-motivated and commercially aware.
