An award-winning and highly respected membership association is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to support its continued growth and commercial success.

Based in Central London, this progressive, forward-thinking organisation offers an excellent work-life balance and an impressive, technology-led working environment. It produces a portfolio of high-quality, content-led events across the payments and fintech sector.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished B2B sales professional with a strong background in sponsorship sales. You’ll be commercially ambitious, meticulous in your approach and motivated to become a recognised expert within the sector.

This is a varied role combining account management and new business development. Your responsibilities will range from managing floor plans and developing key client relationships to collaborating with the internal marketing team. Each day will bring a fresh commercial challenge and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 24 months’ sponsorship sales experience
  • Experience working across exhibitions, conferences or awards
  • A proven ability to create and manage key client and stakeholder relationships
  • A friendly, confident and approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • A calm demeanour and the ability to delegate effectively
  • A career-focused mindset and the ambition to develop within the sector
