Commercial Managers support our Program Sales Vice Presidents in identifying opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President Commercial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analysing Program Members’ flight activity and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue or decrease costs – encouraging aircraft upgrades, reducing ferry flights, etc.
  • Collaborating with Vice Presidents in region with:
    • Identifying add-on, upsell and early renewal opportunities.
    • Tracking customers pacing and flight activity and identifying opportunities to grow the account.
    • Identifying strategic customer referral opportunities.
    • Monitoring payment and renewal dates.
    • Being lead point of contact for all billing and contractual issues/queries. Liaising with customers on outstanding payment situations.
    • Maintaining Member profiles in Salesforce, including all non-flight related post-sales data.
    • Attending meetings with Client Services Managers and Program Sales Vice Presidents to discuss all operational and commercial matters pertaining to Members.
    • Working closely with Private World team to maximise member engagement.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on mass communications to Members.

  • Experience gained in an account management, business development or customer success role.
  • Experience in private or business aviation company is not essential but will be an advantage.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and a skilled relationship-builder. You are professional, articulate and possess a natural gravitas that enables you to influence effectively at all levels.
  • An astute commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills that will enable you to identify opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Works with exact accuracy and maintains thorough attention to detail even when working under pressure.
