Are you looking for your next step in Commercial Management?
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, focusing on our kitchens and bathrooms installations business.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and pricing strategy for our installation model. This will include taking overall ownership of the pricing proposition, defining margin activities, and managing the Trading P&L. Working closely with internal stakeholders, installers, and design consultants will be key parts of the role. The goal is to drive sustainable growth, ensure SKU compliance, and optimise installation revenue and margin performance.
You’ll have:
- Extensive experience in commercial management, pricing propositions, and P&L reporting.
- A strong commercial mindset, with expertise in process mapping, margin control, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
What you’ll be doing:
Commercial Strategy & Pricing Proposition:
- Take overall ownership of the Pricing Proposition for the Installations Model across our kitchens and bathrooms business.
- Define and lead the Pricing Proposition around Margin Activities to deliver growth in sales and profitability.
- Define and lead Installer Activity Pricing through Listening Groups with Design Consultants and installers.
- Take full ownership of creating the Trading P&L, managing monthly updates, and leading monthly reviews.
- Maintain ownership of Installation Revenue and drive overall margin performance against budget.

Systems, Process & Compliance:
- Maintain end-to-end Process Maps for the Pricing Journey across installations.
- Manage SKU Compliance and lead lost revenue reporting to protect profit margins.
- Support the business on various ad-hoc commercial projects to drive operational and financial efficiency.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional engagement with DCs, installers, and internal commercial teams.
- Be a visible champion for the installation's commercial strategy, driving understanding and alignment across the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced in a commercial, pricing, or trading management role with proven ability in owning P&Ls, defining pricing propositions, and building process maps.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing a Trading P&L.
- Proficiency with system setups and process mapping.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and revenue/lost revenue reporting capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and listening group facilitation skills with field teams and partners.
