Corporate Commercial Manager | Warrington

£50,000 Basic + Up to 30% Bonus (OTE £65,000)

Are you a commercially driven sales professional looking for a role that combines business development, account growth and team leadership? We're recruiting a Corporate Commercial Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of an established and expanding business with a strong reputation across the UK and international markets. This is an opportunity to take ownership of revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships and lead a small commercial team while helping shape the future direction of the business.

The Role

  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small commercial team
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Create and implement sales and growth strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
  • Manage sales pipelines, KPIs and conversion performance
  • Work closely with marketing to maximise lead generation
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth across UK and international markets

About You

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development or commercial management
  • Strong track record of winning and developing business
  • Previous leadership, management or mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute, driven and results-focused
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce

Location

Warrington. Office-based initially, moving to a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home following probation. If you're looking for a role where you can influence strategy, lead a team and accelerate your career with a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
