Commercial Manager Manchester | Hybrid | £45,000
An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Business Partner to join a growing organisation and play a key role in improving commercial performance across a multi-site operation.
The Role
- Work closely with operational leaders to:
- Drive commercial performance, revenue, and growth.
- Analyse data, demand, and performance to identify opportunities.
- Improve enquiry, conversion, and customer journeys.
- Develop and monitor commercial action plans.
- Support capacity, resource, and workforce planning.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and People teams.
- Use CRM, Excel, and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends.

About You
We are looking for someone with experience in commercial operations, sales, revenue management, business partnering, or multi-site operational support. You will be commercially minded, analytical, and confident in influencing stakeholders. Experience working with performance data and turning insight into practical action is essential.
