Commercial Manager
📍 Leeds or Manchester | Hybrid Working | Up to £60,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
Arguile Search is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Commercial Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to join a collaborative team where they can influence business decisions, negotiate complex agreements and play a key role in commercial strategy.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide commercial guidance across a portfolio of high-value contracts, ensuring commercial risk is effectively managed while supporting business growth.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Providing commercial and contractual advice to senior stakeholders.
- Managing commercial and contractual risk throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Supporting commercial strategy across new and existing business opportunities.
- Negotiating favourable commercial terms while protecting the business.
- Influencing business decisions through sound commercial judgement.
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external customers.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Around 5+ years' experience in Commercial or Contract Management.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- A solid understanding of commercial and contractual risk.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, ambitious approach and the ability to work autonomously.

Experience within Facilities Management, Outsourcing, IT Services, Software, Defence or Professional Services would be highly advantageous. A Law degree is beneficial but not essential.
