Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, experienced, passionate and results-driven Commercial Manager to join their Commercial team working in the South England. The candidate will be responsible for delivering sales, managing project work; undertaking negotiations, and identifying new business opportunities from existing clients, including property managers, facilities managers and site managers. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sale strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead contract negotiations with existing clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage pricing strategies, cost controls, ensuring margin optimisation
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What you’ll need

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within the landscaping sector
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Experience managing contracts and complex agreements
  • IOSH certificate preferred but not essential
