Commercial Manager. Housebuilding. West Midlands.
Cognisant is working with a well-established housebuilder looking to appoint a Commercial Manager into its West Midlands team. The role will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a number of live and upcoming residential schemes across the region.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and wider regional team, with responsibility across:
- Budgets, CVRs and cost-to-complete
- Subcontract procurement and tendering
- Commercial risk and margin
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing and supporting the QS team
- Working closely with Construction, Technical and Finance
