Commercial Manager
📍 London (Hybrid / 2–3 Days per Week)
💷 £40,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Looking for a role where you'll have the autonomy to own your accounts, shape commercial strategy and drive meaningful revenue growth?
We're partnering with an award-winning media business looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of a well-established commercial portfolio while identifying new revenue opportunities across integrated marketing, events, digital and content solutions.
This is a highly autonomous role with a healthy balance of 60% account growth and 40% new business, giving you the freedom to develop commercial strategies, build long-term partnerships and drive revenue across a diverse range of marketing solutions. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams while having real ownership of your pipeline, clients and commercial success.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Selling integrated marketing and sponsorship solutions
- Creating tailored commercial proposals and campaigns
- Negotiating and closing high-value commercial deals
- Managing your own sales pipeline and forecasts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities across the portfolio
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
About you:
- Experience selling media, marketing, events, SaaS or lead generation solutions
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience managing accounts while generating new business
- Comfortable selling high-value commercial solutions
- Confident negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and forecasting ability
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven by autonomy and uncapped earning potential
