Commercial Manager | Les Domaines UK | Hybrid

Les Domaines UK is looking for a Commercial Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth across the UK and Ireland fresh produce market.

About us

Les Domaines UK has been trading since 2014, and we're part of the wider Les Domaines Agricoles group — a family of businesses growing and supplying fresh produce since the 1960s. We're now investing in growth by adding a Commercial Manager to our UK/Ireland team.

The opportunity

You'll work closely with our UK/Ireland lead to manage and grow our customer portfolio, with real ownership of key relationships and the freedom to develop new business. Specifically, you'll:

  • Manage customer relationships — programming, negotiations, and resolving issues as they arise
  • Own and grow key accounts for the long term
  • Work closely with our supply chain — collaborating with technical and logistics colleagues in both the UK and Morocco
  • Develop new business — identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Travel regularly — including visits to Morocco and trade events
  • Bring an entrepreneurial edge — spotting and trading new opportunities as they come up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
