Commercial Manager – MENA
London | Hybrid – 3 Days in Office
£55,000 Basic + 100%+ OTE
International Tech Portfolio
Are you a commercially driven sales professional looking to take ownership of a high-growth international territory?
This is an opportunity to join a leading media and events business operating across a fast-growing technology market, taking commercial responsibility for the MENA region as part of a wider EMEA-focused portfolio.
The business is scaling quickly, the market is moving fast, and the opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys operating in an ambitious, high-performance commercial environment. Arabic language skills would be highly desirable for this position.
The Role
You will take ownership of commercial revenue across the MENA market, developing new business while building long-term relationships with clients across an established and growing international portfolio.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation, close and renewal
- Sell sponsorship, exhibition and wider commercial opportunities across a portfolio of international events and media products
- Develop new business across the MENA region while growing existing client relationships
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the technology ecosystem
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop creative commercial solutions for clients
- Manage a strong, well-qualified pipeline and deliver against ambitious revenue targets
- Work closely with internal marketing, content and event teams
- Represent the brand at international events and industry gatherings
- Travel internationally where required

The Opportunity
You will be joining a tier-one brand within the media and events industry, working across an international portfolio that is growing at scale.
There is significant scope to make the territory your own, build your network across MENA and become an important part of the wider EMEA commercial team.
The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and highly commercial, with strong earning potential for someone who can consistently deliver.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong B2B commercial background, ideally within:
- Technology
- Media
- Events
- Exhibitions
- Sponsorship
- Digital/Marketing Solutions
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record in B2B new business sales
- Experience selling sponsorship, exhibition space, media or integrated commercial packages
- Confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to develop new markets and open new accounts
- Experience managing an international territory or client base
- A highly commercial, target-driven mindset
- The energy to succeed within a fast-paced growth environment
