What you'll do
- Drive revenue, profit and market share growth for your assigned brand.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with cruise line partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, commissions, marketing contributions and exclusive promotions.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to maximise performance.
About you
- Experienced within the cruise, travel or OTA sector.
- Strong commercial negotiator with supplier management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
- Commercially astute, analytical and data-driven.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
