Due to continued growth and a restructure of our Product teams, we're expanding and recruiting Commercial Managers across our leading cruise brands. Whether your expertise lies in mainstream ocean cruising or the luxury and river cruise sector, this is an exciting opportunity to influence strategy, grow supplier partnerships and drive commercial success.

What you'll do
- Drive revenue, profit and market share growth for your assigned brand.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with cruise line partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, commissions, marketing contributions and exclusive promotions.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to maximise performance.
About you
- Experienced within the cruise, travel or OTA sector.
- Strong commercial negotiator with supplier management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
- Commercially astute, analytical and data-driven.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
