At Speedel, we’re looking for an experienced commercial sales professional to play a key role in the next stage of our growth.
Working directly with our Managing Director, you’ll be responsible not only for winning and developing strategic customer accounts, but also for influencing the company’s wider commercial direction. You’ll help identify new market opportunities, review pricing strategies, improve commercial processes and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact and not simply hit a sales target, we’d love to hear from you.
About Speedel
Speedel is a specialist provider of time-critical delivery solutions, supporting businesses across the UK, Europe and internationally.
Our customers operate in sectors where reliability, responsiveness and service quality are critical to their operations, including aerospace, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services.
As we continue to grow, we’re investing in our commercial capability and looking for someone who wants to help shape our future.
The Role
This is a consultative, full-cycle commercial role combining business development, strategic account management and commercial leadership.
You’ll own the complete customer journey, from identifying opportunities through to developing long-term partnerships while working closely with the Managing Director to strengthen the company’s overall commercial performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
