Ready to bring your Off-Trade experience into a smaller, fast-growing drinks business where you can make a genuine impact?

This is a commercially driven drinks business operating at scale across the UK off-trade. Working closely with multiple producer partners, the business plays a key role in bringing drinks ranges to market, supporting customers with ranging, forecasting and supply, and ensuring consistent delivery into retail.

Fast-paced, collaborative and detail-led, the culture suits people who enjoy getting under the bonnet of how retail actually works.

They’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to help scale this exciting part of the portfolio.

The Role

  • Manage and grow relationships across Grocery, Convenience, Discounters and Route to Market.
  • Build strong partnerships with Spirits and RTD buyers, driving distribution, promotions and sustainable sales growth.
  • Work closely with existing producer partners to shape brand plans, identify opportunities and strengthen their Off-Trade presence.
  • Identify and onboard emerging drinks producers that complement the existing portfolio.
  • Use market insight, category data and consumer trends to support NPD and create compelling customer propositions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance and technical teams to deliver successful launches, accurate forecasting and strong commercial performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
