The Role
As Commercial Manager - D2C, you will take ownership of Aqua Cure's direct-to-consumer commercial strategy, leading revenue growth across ecommerce, online marketplaces, and digital channels. You will be responsible for driving website performance, customer acquisition, retention, marketplace expansion, and commercial profitability.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Aqua Cure's digital business by leveraging innovative technologies, including Agentic AI, automation, and personalisation tools, while developing new growth opportunities across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online sales channels.
You will also represent the business at key industry events and trade shows, identifying new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and market trends that support the continued growth of the brand.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing a D2C, Ecommerce, or Commercial function.
- Strong experience driving sales and revenue growth through online marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing or utilising Agentic AI, AI-powered automation, intelligent customer journeys, or AI-driven ecommerce solutions.
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, P&L, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Experience developing customer acquisition, retention, subscription, and loyalty strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, and email marketing.
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics and business performance insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience attending or managing trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, or partner engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and identifying new opportunities for commercial growth.
