Commercial Manager, Domestic Parcels
Join Royal Mail's SAP Customer-to-Cash transformation programme and play a key role in shaping the future of our Domestic Parcels business.
As the lead commercial subject matter expert, you'll represent Domestic Parcels throughout the programme, helping define business requirements, influence solution design and ensure the new SAP platform delivers the right commercial, customer and operational outcomes.
You'll work closely with Commercial, Pricing, Finance and Technology teams to simplify processes, support product and pricing decisions, improve billing and reporting capabilities, and help deliver a modern, scalable customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the lead SME for Domestic Parcels within a major SAP transformation programme.
- Define and prioritise business requirements across products, pricing, billing, reporting and customer journeys.
- Influence future commercial and operating models for Domestic Parcels.
- Assess solution designs and provide recommendations to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Support testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
- Work with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Technology and Operations.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong experience in Domestic Parcels products, pricing and customer propositions.
- A good understanding of Customer-to-Cash processes, including billing, invoicing and reporting.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Desirable
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM or ERP transformation experience.
- Knowledge of customer billing, invoicing or customer self-service solutions.
- Experience supporting testing, migration or deployment activities.
