About Pro Steel Engineering

Pro Steel Engineering is a growing, service-led structural steel business based in South Wales. We design, fabricate and install steelwork across a wide range of sectors, from major infrastructure and airport projects to bespoke architectural builds and complex engineering solutions.

Our mission is simple: to be the best service-led structural steel business in the UK.

We work to a clear set of values that underpin everything we do:

  • Service Excellence
  • Collaborative Solutions
  • Sustainability
  • Integrity & Accountability
  • Continuous Improvement
  • A Great Place to Work

We're ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accredited, and fully compliant up to Execution Class 4 under BS EN 1090, trusted to deliver complex, high-quality steelwork across the UK and beyond.

As Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the financial and commercial success of the business.

This is an opportunity to influence commercial strategy, improve processes, and help shape the next stage of growth for Pro Steel Engineering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
