Little Moons are bitesize, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough to create a distinctive snack that’s bursting with flavour.

Their rollout has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high‑end restaurants, but over the last decade, retail packs have swept the frozen and chilled snacking categories in grocery and food service.

Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and frozen and chilled snacking, across the world. In 2025 we generated more than £50m revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people, smart, passionate, interesting, and funny who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced commercial professional to join our European Sales team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover and helping us continue to grow the Little Moons brand across Europe.

As a key link between Little Moons and our distributor partners, you'll play an important role in driving growth, delivering best-in-class execution, and building strong, collaborative relationships across our markets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship management with commercial delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Working closely with both distributors and cross-functional teams, you'll help identify growth opportunities, bring commercial plans to life, and ensure the brand continues to delight consumers across your markets. From business planning and performance reviews to product launches and strategic commercial initiatives, you'll have a direct impact on the success of our European business while helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
