Commercial Manager (Field Sales)

Location: London - field-based across multiple London locations

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 base

Commission: Uncapped monthly commission

Working pattern: 5 days per week, customer-facing/on-site

Reports to: Senior Commercial Manager

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing premium workspace business operating across London to recruit a Commercial Manager.

This is a highly customer-facing, field-based sales position where you'll be responsible for conducting viewings, building relationships with businesses and brokers, negotiating commercial terms and ultimately closing deals.

You'll inherit strong inbound opportunities and established broker relationships, but the highest performers won't simply rely on incoming leads. The business is looking for someone who can build their own network, stay front-of-mind with commercial partners and turn those relationships into repeat opportunities and revenue.

Previous workspace or property experience is not required. Full product training will be provided.

Instead, we're looking for strong customer-facing salespeople with evidence of hitting targets, developing relationships and confidently closing business face-to-face.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct face-to-face office viewings with prospective clients across London.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate workspace solutions.
  • Convert inbound and broker-introduced opportunities into signed agreements.
  • Manage opportunities from initial introduction through to close.
  • Build and develop relationships with commercial property brokers and other referral partners.
  • Proactively maintain your network so brokers and partners continue bringing opportunities to you.
  • Attend meetings, networking opportunities and relationship-building events.
  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and overall deal value.
  • Understand objections and identify where there is flexibility within a commercial conversation.
  • Develop long-term client and partner relationships rather than focusing purely on transactional sales.
  • Maintain an accurate and well-managed CRM pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through existing relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
