Help us make a difference as a Commercial Manager

A quick look at the role

As Commercial Manager, you’ll own the business unit’s budget, keeping a close eye on costs while driving profitability. You’ll manage key client relationships, spot opportunities for growth, and bring fresh ideas to win new business.

You’ll dig into data, produce insightful reports to uncover cost savings and profit opportunities, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and lead bids and negotiations for contractors joining the Sizewell C Project.

You’ll oversee the site administration team, making sure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are never compromised.

At a senior level, you’ll work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure the Waste Contract at Sizewell C is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Join a Landmark Project, Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station

Biffa’s Specialist Services Industrial Division has secured the waste management contract for the build of Sizewell C, a major nuclear power station development in Suffolk.

With a projected 10-year construction period, this high-profile project mirrors our successful work at Hinkley Point C. Operations will eventually move to a purpose-built Waste Consolidation Centre, but initially, our team will manage the contract directly from the client’s site, overseeing collections, subcontractors, reporting, invoicing, and waste consultancy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
