Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

Thorn Baker is recruiting on behalf of a respected fit-out specialist with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its people and offers long-term career development.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the commercial delivery of multiple fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £1m, ensuring financial performance from tender through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects.
- Produce feasibility costs, estimates and tender submissions.
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
- Monitor project costs, valuations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and agree final accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years' commercial management experience with a principal contractor.
- Experience within interior fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, ceilings, partitions and finishing trades.
- Ability to produce detailed estimates, quantities and rate build-ups.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
- Confident working with clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
