Commercial Manager (Procurement)
Join Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner as a Commercial Manager, leading strategic procurement and sourcing activities that support frontline policing and community safety.
In this key role, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle, delivering complex and high-value commercial projects, driving value for money, and ensuring compliance with UK procurement legislation. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for savings, efficiency improvements, and operational resilience while providing excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle
- Deliver complex and high-value commercial projects
- Drive value for money
- Ensure compliance with UK procurement legislation
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for savings, efficiency improvements, and operational resilience
- Provide excellent internal customer service
Requirements
- Commercially astute procurement professional
- Experience delivering procurement projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Qualification at QCF Level 6 (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of managing competing priorities and supporting teams
- Full UK driving licence (occasional travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight may be necessary)
