About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading holiday park operator seeking an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team of a thriving, high-volume park in Yorkshire.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key strategic role within a large operation, influencing holiday home ownership sales performance while contributing to the overall guest and owner experience.
You will be joining a business with a strong reputation, supportive leadership culture, and clear ambition for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive commercial performance across a large, diverse holiday park operation
- Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Ensure exceptional experiences for both holiday homeowners and holiday guests
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, coaching and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance and sales forecasting

Requirements
- Proven commercial or sales management experience within the holiday park industry or a comparable leisure environment
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with a track record of developing successful teams
- Commercially astute with a clear understanding of driving revenue and margin
- High personal standards with integrity and professionalism
- Confident operating at senior leadership level
