Commercial Manager – B2B Media & Partnerships

London (Fitzrovia) • Hybrid – Minimum 2–3 Days in Office • £40,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £10k–£15k+) • Full Time

We're working with a well-established and highly respected content and media agency to hire a Commercial Manager to join their sales team, working predominantly on their flagship B2B client account.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the most established and respected brands in its field, selling into a portfolio of global blue-chip advertisers including the likes of SAP, Visa, Coupa, Zycus, and other international brands and tech providers.

You'll have significant autonomy to grow commercial revenues and shape partnership solutions for major international brands.

The Role

  • Managing and growing a portfolio split roughly 60:40 between existing accounts and new business
  • Selling integrated partnerships, lead generation campaigns, sponsored content, research projects, webinars, event sponsorship, and digital marketing solutions
  • Large average deal size, with a focus on consultative partnership sales rather than transactional advertising sales
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new commercial opportunities
  • Working closely with internal editorial, marketing, events, and client services teams to develop innovative partnership solutions
  • Increasing opportunities to work internationally, with the client's teams spanning the US, Australia, Europe, and Africa, opening up international events and commercial partnerships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
