i-Logs is a growing IT integrator based in Brussels, specializing in managed and secure network infrastructure, web/Android development, and secure hosting.
We provide robust, tailored, and secure solutions by understanding our clients’ challenges. Our multidisciplinary team and human-centric approach ensure positive impact.
We’re currently strengthening our commercial presence with a strategic focus on cybersecurity, a key growth driver.
Your Mission
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a central role in the development of our business.
You will work directly with the management committee, actively contribute to defining the commercial strategy, represent the company’s image in the field, and stay continuously trained and informed on cybersecurity issues.
Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Development
- Participate in market analysis, identifying opportunities (sectors, client types, trends).
- Develop and implement the commercial action plan with management.
- Contribute to the definition of new offers or products, in line with market needs.

Prospecting & Sales
- Prospect for new clients in Belgium, with an initial focus on cybersecurity.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from needs qualification to proposal writing, with the support of our technical teams.
- Ensure regular follow-up of existing client accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Representation & Brand Image
- Represent i-Logs at professional events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Support the development of our local network (partners, suppliers, federations, etc.).
- Actively participate in enhancing brand visibility, in line with our company culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Higher education (commercial, business, IT, or equivalent).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Good understanding of technological challenges (cybersecurity, development, etc.).
- Ability to structure a commercial approach: analysis, planning, execution.
- Autonomy, initiative, team spirit, pragmatism, and results-orientation.
- Excellent level of French – good command of English. Dutch is a strong asset.
