About Us

CT Lining Ltd. is a specialist geomembrane and lining installation company delivering infrastructure, water management and agricultural projects across the United Kingdom. As part of the Naue Group, we provide high-quality geosynthetic lining solutions, combining technical expertise with practical on-site experience.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our team in a varied role combining business development, tender management and project coordination. The role is based in the North West at our offices in Warrington, Cheshire.

The successful candidate will help develop our agricultural lining business, particularly within the slurry and digestate storage markets, while supporting our wider commercial activities and managing geosynthetic lining projects throughout the UK.

Working closely with CT Lining’s Directors, you will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, prepare quotations and tenders, and coordinate projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.

The level of responsibility will depend on previous experience. We welcome both experienced candidates and individuals with relevant technical or agricultural backgrounds looking to develop their careers. Occasional UK travel and short periods away from home will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial and Business Development

  • Identify, develop and follow up new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, particularly slurry and digestate storage and associated markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, suppliers and industry partners.
  • Provide practical and technical advice on the application and supply of geosynthetic lining systems.
  • Manage tender opportunities, prepare pre-qualification documentation, obtain supplier prices and produce competitive quotations.
  • Support CT Lining’s wider commercial activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Attend relevant industry exhibitions and events to represent the company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
