Commercial Partnerships Manager - Multi Channel Drinks Business – East Anglia - £50,000 + Uncapped Commission

I am working on an exciting new role with my client, a well-established and rapidly growing premium drinks business with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and well-known wine, spirits and gifting solutions to a wide variety of businesses across the UK.

Since launching the company has developed an impressive drinks portfolio spanning major brands across spirits and wines and they work with some unique businesses across retail, travel and gifting. With an ambitious growth plan, the business is now looking to expand its commercial team with an entrepreneurial and results-driven salesperson!

The Commercial Partnerships Manager Role

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will be key to driving sales across a multitude of different businesses, so each deal will feel different and present a chance for you to really grow the type of accounts in your network.

This role will be 2 days per week in the Norfolk office!

Commercial Partnerships Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B accounts, building strong, long-term commercial relationships.
  • Identify, prospect and win new business across multiple sectors.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver revenue and brand growth.
  • Identify new opportunities across corporate gifting, ecommerce, hospitality, retail and other B2B channels.
  • Drive brand awareness and ensure the brand is positioned effectively with prospective and existing partners.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals, pitches and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, ecommerce, operations and product to deliver against customer requirements.
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth and maximise customer value.
  • Stay close to market trends, competitor activity and emerging B2B opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the wider B2B commercial strategy.

Key Commercial Partnerships Qualities:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, account management or business development.
  • A track record of winning and growing commercial accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to spot opportunities.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors and customer types.
  • An understanding of ecommerce and/or corporate gifting would be highly advantageous.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
