Commercial Manager – Oxford Brookes University

Come and join our award-winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our team at Oxford Brookes University on a part time, fixed term basis.

Oxford, OX3 0BP

Working Hours

8 hours per day, Tuesday and Wednesday

Salary

£45,000 per annum pro rata

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in conjunction with Finance Business Partner on agree daily/weekly tasks as requested by Account Director and Client
  • Collating daily sales data and reporting to client
  • Collating Ops finance data to support sales initiatives
  • Updating Labour tracker data
  • Supporting payment of POs and invoicing
  • Updating finance trackers
  • Any adhoc data requests from wider finance mgmt teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident working with data, reporting and financial trackers.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable managing large volumes of information.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a finance, reporting or administrative support role is desirable.
