Commercial / Contract Manager Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide commercial oversight to ensure successful delivery of projects in line with contractual obligations.
- Manage major commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all commercial and procurement processes are followed.
- Support the development of commercial procedures and continuous improvements.
- Draft and develop robust commercial documentation alongside legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all projects.
- Communicate contract requirements and financial obligations to stakeholders.

Commercial / Contract Manager Job Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience within a junior commercial or contract management role.
- Experience supporting high value and complex contracts.
- Good understanding of corporate finance, budgeting and cost management.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and commercial performance.
- Experience supporting commercial negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of contract terms and construction industry regulations.
