Who are we?
At Blue Gem, we create some of London's most prestigious flexible workspaces, combining exceptional design, outstanding service and prime locations across the capital. With award-winning buildings in Bank, Farringdon, Fenchurch Street, London Bridge, Marble Arch and Mayfair, we have built a reputation for delivering workspace experiences that businesses genuinely want to be part of.
Our award-winning success has been driven by strong relationships, high occupancy levels and a product we're proud of. As we continue to grow, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering an exceptional experience and building lasting business partnerships.
Purpose of the Role
This Commercial Manager role is key in driving the continued growth of our London portfolio by building and nurturing relationships with the brokers who know our business best. Acting as an ambassador for the Blue Gem brand, you will grow our presence in the market, strengthen our broker network and create opportunities across both our existing locations and future developments.
This is a relationship-led, target-focused role for a commercially minded professional who enjoys connecting with people, building trust and developing long-term partnerships. Previous serviced office experience is not what we are looking for, it is someone with a strong sales background, a proactive approach and the ambition to learn and grow with the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
