About IGD

At IGD, we’re proud to be a Great Place to Work, where our people are empowered to grow, inspired to lead and ready to make a difference. At the heart of that experience is how we attract, welcome, and support new colleagues to join us.

That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager who will be responsible for driving engagement with our Foundation clients and securing the successful retention of contracted revenue across a portfolio of 30+ accounts. In addition, the Commercial Manager will achieve revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling clients to new products and services, identifying opportunities to increase value and strengthen client relationships.

Alongside account management responsibilities, the Commercial Manager will lead and support project-based commercial initiatives, such as renewal automation, process optimisation and improvements to the client lifecycle. The role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented and process-led individual who can manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through to successful delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 30+ clients, driving engagement, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Own client retention and renewal, proactively managing risks, demonstrating value and securing contracted revenue.
  • Use data, insight and market knowledge to understand client needs, identify commercial opportunities and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead commercial projects and process improvements, such as renewal automation, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and create measurable value.
  • Collaborate across the business and with senior client stakeholders, bringing a structured, detail-oriented and commercially focused approach to delivering results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
