About us

Procentia, part of the Brightwell Group, is an award-winning software and technology company specialising in the Pensions and Pension Risk Transfer/Bulk Purchase Annuities market. Established in 2002, the business is renowned for its web-based pensions administration and management system, IntelliPen.

Procentia’s products and solutions help pension schemes and administrators of all types and sizes manage exceptional volumes of data, meet the demand for self-serve technology, and provide meaningful, consumer-like experiences that users expect from modern online financial platforms while minimising the need for administrator intervention and involvement.

With offices in the UK and North America, Procentia supports some of the largest pension schemes, insurers and retirement plans across the private and public sectors, including BP, British Airways Pension Scheme, BTPS, Chicago Transit Authority, Legal & General Retirement America, Retirement System City of Detroit, Rolls-Royce, Royal London, and Universities Superannuation Scheme.

The job

You’ll help Procentia grow in a way that is commercially clear, well controlled and built for the long term. As Commercial Manager, you’ll play an important role in how we manage our client commercial landscape, including contracts, renewals, pricing activity, governance, controls and decision-making.

We’re growing, and with that comes the need for stronger commercial grip, better information and clearer ways of working. You’ll work closely with the Group Commercial Director and teams across Finance, Legal, Client Management, Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to turn commercial intent into practical action. You’ll help us make good decisions, protect revenue, manage risk and support better outcomes for our clients and for Procentia.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
