Handle Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing exhibitions business to find an ambitious Commercial Manager ready to make an impact.

The Role
As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of driving new business across exhibition space and sponsorship sales. Working closely with senior leadership-including the Group Head of Sales and Managing Director-you'll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of the portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving revenue through exhibition stand and sponsorship sales
- Building and converting a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs, including high-volume outreach and monthly sales targets
- Leading client meetings to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Creating compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value
- Managing client relationships end-to-end to maximise retention and ROI
- Handling inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Collaborating on marketing initiatives to attract and engage clients
What We're Looking For

- Proven success in sales, commercial, or business development roles
- Strong track record in new business acquisition and account management
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or conferences (highly desirable)
- Confident user of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
