Commercial Solicitor - Managing Associate – Bristol – Competitive Salary
A leading international law firm with an excellent reputation for its Commercial practice is looking for a Commercial Solicitor / Managing Associate to join its growing Bristol team. You will advise a sophisticated client base across a range of sectors, including technology, transport, healthcare and financial services, working on complex commercial matters and business-critical contracts within a highly regarded international practice.

The Role:
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic agreements
- Lead on complex outsourcing, supply chain, procurement and distribution matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial arrangements including strategic alliances and collaborations
- Support clients on technology, software and other business-critical commercial projects
- Provide commercially focused advice on contractual risk and strategic business objectives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Commercial, Technology, IP, Data and Regulatory
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships while taking increasing responsibility
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Commercial practice
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts
- Currently operating at Senior Associate, Managing Associate or equivalent level
- Excellent technical ability with experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial risk with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Experience across outsourcing, supply chain, procurement, technology or strategic commercial arrangements advantageous
- Confident managing client relationships and leading complex matters with appropriate autonomy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ambitious and commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing the wider practice
