Job Description
As a Commercial Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of commercially led marketing activity across food and drink propositions, promotions and key trading events, helping to drive guest spend, visit frequency, sales growth and profitability across our Premium Pubs estate.
Working as part of the Premium Ventures Brand & Marketing Team, you’ll play a key role in bringing commercial plans to life. From analysing performance data and guest insights to supporting proposition launches and activations, you’ll help ensure our marketing activity is commercially effective, insight-led and delivered seamlessly across our pubs.
As Commercial Marketing Executive, you will…
- Support the delivery of food and drink propositions, promotions and key trading activities across the Premium Pubs estate
- Analyse performance data, guest insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Assist with proposition development, activation planning and in-pub implementation
- Maintain activation schedules and support campaign set-up within EPOS/till systems
- Ensure all activity is accurately implemented across pubs and delivered on time
- Track and report on campaign and proposition performance, providing actionable recommendations
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform future planning
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations and wider Support Centre teams to ensure effective execution of activity
- Maintain accurate campaign data and support continuous improvement through a data-led approach

What you’ll bring…
- Experience in a marketing, commercial marketing or insights-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- A commercial mindset with an interest in food, drink and hospitality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering great results
