Job Description
Your Role: Marketing Executive, Outdoor
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Outdoor and Dax Outdoor, you’ll help bring Global’s Outdoor portfolio to life through compelling commercial marketing activity.
Based in LSQ, you’ll work in the Commercial Marketing team to support campaigns, products and stories that inspire advertisers, agencies and commercial teams. This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketer with strong fundamentals, creative curiosity and an interest in media, technology and new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign development, content and communications: Support integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, video, case studies, sales materials and other commercial channels. Create clear, engaging content and use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen creative development and storytelling.
- Outdoor projects and product support: Support Outdoor Marketing Managers on flagship marketing projects. Work with Product and Commercial teams to bring sales opportunities, packages and product developments to market.
- AI, automation and marketing innovation: Lead the team’s use of AI and automation, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, creative output and insight generation across campaign planning and content development.
- Digital channels and performance: Deliver the e-communications roadmap and support campaign optimisation through Pardot. Maintain Outdoor content on the Commercial Hub, ensuring it is accurate, engaging and supports adoption across Commercial.
- Insight and operational excellence: Analyse campaign performance, produce post-campaign reports and use learnings to improve future activity. Maintain product information and marketing assets so they are accurate, accessible and up to date.
- Collaboration and social impact: Build strong relationships across Commercial Marketing and the wider business. Support communications relating to Global’s sustainability and social-impact activity.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Built a strong understanding of Global’s Outdoor portfolio, audiences and commercial proposition.
- Developed effective working relationships with Outdoor Marketing Managers and key stakeholders.
- Supported the delivery of engaging campaigns and sales opportunities across relevant channels.
- Taken ownership of maintaining core Outdoor marketing content and assets.
- Identified practical opportunities for AI and automation to improve the team’s ways of working.
- Used campaign performance insights to inform future marketing activity.

What You’ll Need
- Marketing experience and commercial curiosity: At least two years’ marketing experience, or relevant transferable experience, with a genuine interest in media and commercial marketing.
- Copywriting and storytelling: Ability to write clear, engaging copy for newsletters, social media, sales materials and other marketing channels.
- Campaign delivery and analysis: Experience supporting or delivering B2B marketing campaigns, analysing results and applying learnings.
- Organisation and project management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Collaboration and initiative: A resourceful, enthusiastic team player who builds relationships, keeps projects moving and contributes new ideas.
- AI and automation curiosity: Interest in how emerging technology can improve marketing execution, performance and efficiency.
- Systems and technical skills: Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software is beneficial; Pardot experience is preferred. Keynote experience is a bonus.
- Adaptability and problem solving: Confidence working through changing priorities, identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
